1. What types of sneakers do you sell? We specialize in men's sneakers, including casual streetwear styles, premium performance kicks, minimalist designs, and trendy limited-edition collabs. All our products are curated for comfort, durability, and style.

2. Where do you ship to? We proudly ship to all 50 states in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer the following reliable shipping methods (all business days, excluding weekends & holidays):

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (Free on all orders!)
  • Standard Shipping (with fee option): 7-14 business days – $10 (if applicable for certain orders)

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on the way.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on every order—no minimum purchase required. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing CarolGanser.

5. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.

6. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard or contact us for help.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

8. Are your sneakers authentic? Yes! All sneakers sold at CarolGanser are 100% authentic from authorized sources and brands. We stand behind every product we sell.

10. Do you have a size guide? Absolutely—each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your foot and comparing to our guide for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
